All of our site personnel hold valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards, ensuring that our workforce is competent, qualified, and safety-aware.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and safe working practices, all employees undergo:

• Asbestos Awareness Training, with mandatory annual refresher courses to keep knowledge up to date and in line with current regulations.

• Emergency First Aid at Work training, ensuring there is always a trained responder on-site in the event of an incident.

• Working at Height Training, equipping our team with the knowledge and skills to carry out tasks safely and responsibly in elevated or fall-risk environments.

We ensure that all staff are equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and that risk assessments and method statements are completed and adhered to for every job.

We actively promote a culture of safety, responsibility, and accountability across the company, encouraging open communication and ongoing training to minimise risk and maintain a safe working environment for all.
